Our domain-tuned multi-agent systems (MAS) are governed by seasoned domain specialists who inject hard-won off-market insight, audit output and retrain the pipelines continuously. The result: more structured, consistent, institution-grade analysis - already proven in Ukraine-focused use-cases such as war scenarios, macro trends and energy-price AI-powered forecasts built upon our natural intelligence. Our algorithms do more than “listen” to experts; they challenge them, cross-checking inputs critically to minimize potential biases and pre-validate insights. We are expanding both the expert bench for them to be these ‘humans-in-the-loop’, and the technical team that builds the tooling enabling this seamless, high-trust quality assurance approach.
2. Curated, crowdsourced data feeds – Vacuuming what others miss
Rather than wait for perfect databases, we already implement reliable and economical solutions to capture relevant signals for context enrichment - social-media scraping, proprietary domain intelligence, even using “synthetic respondents” - and normalise them through rigorous QA. In future we will focus our data harvesting strategy on collaboration and data crowdsourcing to create the network effects that turn data scarcity into abundance. Our next hires will push this edge further by designing novel sourcing channels, automating ingestion pipelines and pioneering ‘data retailisation’ - making fragmented, institution-only data with currently prohibitive costs accessible to retail investors.
3. Proactive market development – A moat two decades in the making
We know the regulatory and structural barriers that repel capital, and we refuse to treat them as fixed. Drawing on two decades of reform work, we help shape pragmatic, legal solutions - whether that means advocating rule changes, structuring compliant workarounds or coding tools that turn red tape into executable logic. We are looking for teammates who share that bias for action: professionals able to spot an obstacle, translate it into a change agenda or doable workaround solution, and engineer the tech to make it stick.
4. Business model – Narrow-and-deep SaaS with flexibility to reach corporate clients
Balgove Innovations is an innovation lab, not a fintech or financial adviser. We capture value from our innovations through multiple layers:
- B2C Domain-specific SaaS powered by the platform of multi-agent systems (MAS). Investors subscribe to our expert-governed, data-grounded analysis in the form of reports via an interactive chat interface.
- Private MAS for B2B clients. We are working on developing sandboxed agentic systems that reason over a client’s proprietary data alongside public sources.
- Enterprise MAS integration. For large institutions we can advise on designing end-to-end AI infrastructure that plugs straight into strategy, performance and operational systems.
