Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases of digital analytical reports (“Reports”) made through our website https://balgoveinnovations.com/reports.
By purchasing a Report, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Nature of Our Products
Our Reports are provided in digital format (PDF) and made available to you via a unique web link. As soon as your order is processed and the link is issued, you will have access to the Report.
Because our Reports are digital content that cannot be returned once access is granted, different rules apply compared to physical goods.
2. Consumer Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply once you have purchased and been granted access to digital content, provided that:
- We have supplied the digital content (e.g. by sending you the download or access link), and
- You have agreed that your right to cancel is lost once delivery begins.
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Report and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the access link is provided.
3. No Refunds
Accordingly, we do not offer refunds once a Report has been purchased and the access link has been issued, even if you do not download or open the Report.

4. Faulty or Inaccessible Content
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If a Report is corrupted, or otherwise not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. In such cases, we will either:
- Replace the Report with a corrected version, or
- Provide an alternative means of access.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund.
